Our Downtown Location at 1005 16th Avenue is home to our retail store, grooming services, canine chiropractic care, and PEMF therapy, offering a full range of health-focused pet products and services. Our Daycare & Training facility on W5428 County Road FF provides a structured, enriching environment where dogs receive hands-on guidance, social engagement, and individualized care. Memphis & Co. is a premier dog training and pet wellness company located in Monroe, WI, dedicated to building healthy, confident, and harmonious relationships between dogs and their owners. Since opening in 2023, we’ve proudly served the community with a personalized, hands-on approach that prioritizes each dog’s individual needs, learning style, and emotional well-being. As a small, locally owned business, we believe in offering thoughtful, compassionate care backed by proven training methods and a commitment to long-term results.

At the heart of Memphis & Co. is our skilled training team—Cortney, Izzy, and Kenadie—who work collaboratively to provide expert training, detailed evaluations, and comprehensive consultations. Each trainer brings a balanced, clear, and supportive methodology to every session, ensuring dogs and their families receive the guidance, structure, and encouragement they need for success. Whether a dog is just starting training, struggling with behavioral challenges, or refining advanced skills, our team tailors every program with patience, clarity, and consistency.

Our training philosophy centers around four core pillars: clarity, discipline, motivation, and reinforcement.

To better serve our community, Memphis & Co. proudly operates from two locations in Monroe:

• Downtown Location – 1005 16th Avenue
This location is home to our growing retail store featuring high-quality dog food, holistic products, toys, accessories, and wellness items. It also houses our grooming services, canine chiropractic care, and PEMF therapy, offering a holistic approach to pet comfort, mobility, and overall health. This space is designed to support every aspect of your dog’s wellness, from coat care to body alignment and recovery.

• Daycare & Training Location – W5428 County Road FF
This is our home-base facility where all training, evaluations, consultations, and daycare take place. The environment is intentionally structured to help dogs learn, focus, and thrive while receiving hands-on guidance from Cortney, Izzy, and Kenadie. Here, the emphasis is on personalized progress, safe social interactions, and empowering dogs through clear communication and consistent leadership.

We scheduled a week long overnight stay for our 1 1/2 year old Lab (Bruce) this summer, and to help him adjust, he went to daycare 1 time a week for about a month prior. The changes in him just from those weekly visits has been amazing to see! He has started to greet people with a nice sit instead of smothering them with his excitement and jumps, he walks on a leash for me without wanting to run up to every person we meet along the way, and he had a big reaction to bicycles (HATED them actually) and can now pass them without all the stress or too much of a care. These little corrections seem to be just the tip of the iceberg for what Cortney and her staff can do. Bruce has also made a best friend during his visits (Hendrix - who is up for adoption!) and has learned nice play in a safe and controlled space with other dogs. We will continue with daycare as he seems to love it and it keeps him fulfilled. The exceptional care, knowledge and experience at Memphis & Co has kept our family at ease knowing that Bruce is in the best hands and we cannot thank them enough!

Our experience with Memphis & Co was wonderful. The results Cortney had with our dog, Cooper, during his 3 weeks of training was amazing. Before the training, Cooper was a chronic chewer and would get overly excitable. Our youngest granddaughter experienced the brunt of his excitable nature one day during a visit, prior to the training, which resulted with her being scared of him and skeptical to be around him. As an aside, she’s on the autism spectrum which “amplified” the experience. Now, following the training, our granddaughter enjoys spending time with Cooper who is a delight to be around. We’re so thrilled with this progress and thankful of the work she did with him. Further, following Cooper’s training stay at Memphis & Co., Cortney delivered him to our home and spent several hours with us making sure we had the knowledge to maintain Cooper’s newly acquired good behavior. We have since highly recommended Memphis & Co. to everyone we can. And, especially those we cross paths with when walking Cooper who praise him on his behaviour and “regal” presence.
